City of Meriden - Public Health Nurse I – School Year (Part time, 15 hours per week, 10 months). The City of Meriden, Department of Health and Human Services, is hiring a part-time, school year, 15 hours per week Public Health Nurse I to work in a school health office. This consists of varied public health nursing duties under the close supervision of the Public Health Nurse Administrator who reviews the work for effectiveness and conformance with policies and procedures of the Health & Human Services Department. Work is primarily performed within the schools health office. Graduation from a recognized nursing school and / or a recognized college or university with a degree in nursing, following a course of study including approved programs in public health nursing. Salary is $30.52 per hour. Applications are available in the Personnel Department, City Hall, Room #235, 142 East Main Street, or www.meridenct.gov. Last day to apply is Friday, November 6, 2015.
