Join us to learn about Connecticut best practices in planning, implementing and evaluating collaborative community health needs assessments (CHNA) at this half day workshop. This training is designed for organizations in any stage of the assessment or health improvement process.

Who should attend: Local health departments, hospitals, community health centers and other health agencies.
