Conducting Collaborative Community Health Needs AssessmentsThursday, June 27, 2013Connecticut Hospital Association, 110 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT 8:00am-12:30pm Special Guest Speaker: David Zuckerman, Research Associate, The Democracy Collaborative, University of Maryland.Join us to learn about Connecticut best practices in planning, implementing and evaluating collaborative community health needs assessments (CHNA) at this half day workshop. This training is designed for organizations in any stage of the assessment or health improvement process. Who should attend: Local health departments, hospitals, community health centers and other health agencies.
