This IForum will highlight innovative ways by which systems (housing, homelessness, health care, justice, state agencies) can work together to ensure people experiencing homelessness living with physical and/or mental health disabilities get the care they need at much less expense. The Connecticut-based panel will showcase how the state is bending the curve and becoming a national leader on integrating health care and housing.
The IForum will take place Thursday, June 25th at the Lyceum in Hartford (227 Lawrence Street) from 9:00 am – 11:00 am (registration and breakfast at 8:30 am). As always, IForums offer complimentary parking, breakfast, and registration. A flyer can be found here.
