The CPS2015 Annual Meeting will be held on THURSDAY, October 8, 2015 at the Sheraton Hartford South in Rocky Hill, CT.

The meeting is jointly sponsored by Yale University School of Medicine. The University designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

For respiratory therapists, an application has been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for continuing education contact hours for respiratory therapists.

The standard registration fee is $125. A discounted rate of $95 is available for RTs and nurses. A discounted rate is available for fellows and full-time students and is $50.
