This one-day course will cover a variety of introductory topics that will help owners and asset managers understand the difference between property and asset management, develop a plan for their properties, and link that plan to performance indicators.  Specific topics will include:
*  Differentiating between property and asset management,
*  Asset management goals for a property,
*  Basic property performance indicators,
*  Managing the manager,
*  Analyzing the link among pro forma, management plan, and
    actual performance, and
*  Risk management.

Who should attend: Multi-family rental property owners, asset managers, housing authority executive directors and managers, state agency staff, lenders, and board members.
