This training will provide a deeper look at the important role an asset manager plays in maintaining the well-being of a housing portfolio.

  • The importance of audits and what you can learn from them;
  • More tools for the asset manager--comparability analyses and trending;
  • Adding value as an asset manager;
  • Maximizing revenue by tracking 10 key indicators;
  • The 4 most common problems in affordable housing;
  • Most valued partnerships; and
  • Exploring 6 key areas of asset management responsibility.

Who should attend: Multi-family rental property owners and board members, asset managers, housing authority administrators and managers, state agency staff, and lenders.

 

About the trainer:  This will be Judy's second year training on asset management in Connecticut.  Last year her session was filled with vivid examples taken from her personal experiences and drew stellar evaluations.
