Disparities Matter
CHES Credits
It’s easy to get CHES credits. Visit the Health Education Committee table when you arrive at the conference to:
· Bring you CHES number
· Pay for your CHES credits – cost $5.00 per credit for a total of $25.00 (cash, check or credit card accepted)
· Pick up your CHES evaluation form. It must be completed to receive your CHES credits (note this evaluation form is separate from the conference evaluation form)
