As many of you are aware the Opioid epidemic is an emerging crisis throughout the country and is increasing here in Connecticut. I hope you will join us in how as we address this critical issue in Connecticut. I would like to invite you to attend the CAPHN Annual Meeting June 22, 2017 at Il Monticello in Meriden, CT., 11:30am – 4pm. The title of the program is; “The Impact of the Opioid Crisis in our Communities and How to Partner with Public Health Nurses”

Good afternoon,

As many of you are aware the Opioid epidemic is an emerging crisis throughout the country and is increasing here in Connecticut. I hope you will join us in how as we address this critical issue in Connecticut.

I would like to invite you to attend the CAPHN Annual Meeting June 22, 2017 at Il Monticello in Meriden, CT., 11:30am – 4pm. The title of the program is;

“The Impact of the Opioid Crisis in our Communities and How to Partner with Public Health Nurses”

We have an outstanding group of presenters/panel members and space is limited so sign up early.     

I have also included the registration for and a brochure on our organization if you would like to join our organization.
