Become Involved in CPHA's Centennial Conference!

First, I want to thank you for being a member and hope you enjoyed the 2015 "Healthy by Design" annual conference.  As Brittany Allen, president of CPHA, mentioned, 2016 is the 100^th anniversary of the CPHA and planning the centennial conference is beginning now.  We need volunteers for the centennial celebration.  As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to engage with other public health professionals who you would not otherwise engage with in your busy lives.  Here are a few reasons why and how you will benefit:

• Be part of CPHA's biggest annual conference yet
• Collaborate with community organizations in CT
• Add volunteer experience to your resume/LinkedIn network
• Network in CT's largest public health professional organization

The planning committee will have monthly conference calls starting in January and bi-weekly meetings starting in May. Much of our communication also occurs via email.
