Eligibility, access, and support to help you get vaccinated against COVID-19
 
Connecticut is currently in Phase 1b of our statewide rollout plan.

Scheduling now:

  • Individuals 75 and older

Scheduling next:

  • Individuals between the ages of 65 and 74

Scheduling information coming soon:

  • Frontline essential workers
  • Individuals with an underlying medical condition with increased risk for severe illness
  • Congregate settings will be phased in throughout Phase 1b
Several scheduling options are available for those in the Phase 1b category.
