Join the 2025 CPHA Keep It Moving Challenge
(Formerly Known as the Step Challenge)

CT Public Health Association (CPHA) invites everyone to join our 7th Annual Keep It Moving Challenge (formerly known as the Step Challenge). You do not have to be a CPHA member to participate, and all abilities are welcome!
From April 7th- 21st the Keep It Moving Challenge makes it easy and fun to promote healthy behaviors, engage in physical activity in your community and get together to talk about the importance of public health. Find creative ways to stay active and motivate others. Any and all movement counts! Build your own individual teams or move solo. Find resources below to help you track your steps and convert activity to steps.

This year we will focus on four goals:
- Walk for Change– Highlighting advocacy, fundraising, or awareness for a cause.
- Walk for Community– Encouraging people to connect with others and strengthen social bonds.
- Walk for Wellness – Focused on personal health benefits like fitness, mental well-being, and stress relief.
- Walk for Fun– Emphasizing enjoyment, creativity, and making movement enjoyable.
