CPHA Refund and Membership Rate Policy

Return Policy

All registrants to a CPHA event (Annual Conference, Awards Ceremony, etc) are eligible for a full refund of the registration price if you cancel your registration at least 2 weeks before the day of the event.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event but before the day of the event, all registrants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration price.

Refunds will not be awarded on the day of a CPHA event or after the event occurred.

Membership Rate Policy

In order to receive the membership rate for a CPHA event, your membership must be current throughout the month the event is held in and you must be signed into your CPHA account.

For example, since the CPHA Annual Conference is held on November 10th-November 12th, your membership must be active through November 30th in order to receive the membership rate (i.e. Your membership may not expire before December 1st).
